is a medical device manufacturing company located in Columbia, New Jersey specializing in prosthetic devices.
We manufacture silicone prosthetic liners, valves, knee sleeves, and have recently opened our catalog to include custom liners.
ESP's custom silicone prosthetic liners, branded as Onyx liners, are precision-crafted and unique to each patient that they are intended for.
The fabrication of these liners requires experience in O&P related fabrication techniques performed by prosthetic technicians, an understanding of common orthotic/prosthetic terminology as well as intent behind the use of this type of custom wearable.
ESP is looking for a candidate with a background in O&P to lead the fabrication of custom liner products in the Onyx custom liner division.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have experience in residual limb anatomy, specifically lower limb amputations understand the issues that a lower-limb amputee may face when wearing a prosthesis, such as skin conditions, pain points, and socket fit 3D digital software interfaces and applications strong understanding of tools used in the digital modification of patient limb casts, i.

3D scanning, 3D modeling, and CAD.
The Custom Liner Technician will lead and manage all aspects of the Onyx custom liner division.
This includes but is not limited to direct contact with clinicians/prosthetists about all aspects of the Onyx custom silicone liner process, taking all orders from conception to completion.
Onyx custom liners are fully customized by the clinician.
ESP uses 3D modeling/modification software and a precision-carving 7-axis CNC robot specialized for O&P device fabrication.
All training for the equipment and processes utilized in the custom liner fabrication process will be provided upon hire.
